The early morning Striper bite is ON at Keystone. Stripers are chasing bait up into shallow water and are actively feeding up until about an hour after sunrise. We have also been getting good numbers of larger Stripers and Bluecats drifting live baits near the river channel drop offs.

 

The Hybrid fishing at Skiatook is slowing down a bit. The thermocline is getting shallower and the fish are really moving around a lot. They are not in the big schools we saw earlier this year. We were still able to get a good box of fish but we had to run all over the…

What a beautiful sunrise on Keystone this morning. We had fish in the box as the sun came up on the horizon. The bite was a bit slower today than it was earlier this week but we ended the day with 4 stripers in the box, 2 Channel Cats, and 1 good sized Sand bass….

 

Conditions continue to be favorable for catching Stripers and blues on Keystone. we had another good trip today with 8 Stripers to 12 pounds and 6 blues uo to 10 pounds. Excellent trip.
